Meet Abby Blada
Hello!
I have had a passion for pastry arts since I was old enough to use the oven. Almost every morning I would "surprise" my mom with cookies- that my family still to this day calls... cookie soup.. because I was 6 and used waaay too much butter and they just melted all over the oven.
10 years later I decided that baking was going to be my career and after high school I went to Pastry school. From there I worked at multiple restaurants and bakeries around the Chicago land area.

My family means everything to me. They have believed in me since day one! I couldn't do what I do without them.
